These terms govern your use of aurax.vn and the apps published by AURAX DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED (“AuraX”), tax code 0111672060 (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
1. Using the Services
- Use the Services lawfully and for their intended purpose, in line with the laws of Vietnam and of where you live.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, tamper with, distribute malware through or disrupt the Services.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. Provide accurate information; you can delete your account at any time by following the account deletion steps. AuraX may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
3. In-app purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's policies.
4. Intellectual property
The AuraX name and logo, the interface, source code and content of the Services belong to AuraX or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them.
5. Limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, AuraX is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
6. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be settled by negotiation, failing which by the competent court in Hanoi.
