Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AURAX DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED (CÔNG TY TNHH CÔNG NGHỆ SỐ AURAX, “AuraX”, “we”), tax code 0111672060, with its head office at 8-TM1B-4, Nam Duong Vanh Dai 3 Urban Area (Phase 1), Dinh Cong Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam, collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit aurax.vn and use mobile apps published by AuraX on the App Store and Google Play (together, the “Services”).

Some apps may have an additional app-specific privacy policy. Where it differs, the app-specific policy takes precedence for that app.

1. Data we collect

• Data you provide: name, email, phone number and the content you send when contacting support or creating an account (if the app offers accounts).
• Technical data: device type, operating system, app version, language, pseudonymous device identifiers, crash logs and aggregated usage data.
• Purchase data: in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. AuraX never receives or stores your payment card details; we only receive a transaction confirmation to unlock what you bought.
• Device permissions (camera, photos, location, notifications, etc.) are requested only when a feature needs them and only with your consent. You can revoke them at any time in your device settings.

2. How we use data

• To provide, maintain and improve the Services;
• To create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
• To answer support requests and contact you about the Services;
• To detect and prevent fraud, technical problems and abuse;
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed with:

• Service providers that help us operate (cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications), such as Google Firebase, Apple and Google Play. They may process data only on our instructions;
• Competent authorities when legally required;
• Others with your consent.

4. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and regular backups.

5. Your rights

Under Vietnamese personal data protection law you have the right to be informed, to give or withdraw consent, to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint.

To delete your account and data, follow the steps on our Delete account & data page. For any other request, email congngheso@aurax.vn. We respond within 30 days.

6. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have collected a child's data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with its effective date; for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email.
